DOST The Founders' Forum Siargao + Gold Networking Dinner

The Founders' Forum Siargao is an exclusive networking dinner and collaborative exchange hosted jointly by the Department of Science and Technology Caraga (DOST) and the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) Region Caraga - ICT Industry Development Bureau (IIDB) and Upgrade Innolab Inc.. Held alongside the Nomads in Paradise Digital Nomads Festival 2026, this gathering bridges the global digital nomad community with Caraga's emerging digital innovation ecosystem.

Designed to drive regional economic growth and champion digital entrepreneurship under Republic Act 10844, the forum brings together tech startup founders, angel investors, digital nomads, local ecosystem champions, and Technology Business Incubators (TBIs) across Caraga.

During the event, participants will:

• Network & Connect: Build high-value connections between foreign and local digital nomads, angel investors, and government ecosystem builders.
• Showcase Regional Infrastructure: Present the region's TBI facilities, Digital Transformation Centers (DTCs), incubation/acceleration programs, and government co-investment pathways designed to support startup scale-ups.
• Explore Strategic Collaborations: Lay the groundwork for joint ventures, mentorship programs, and ecosystem partnerships linking international talent with Caraga's local innovation hubs

The event and dinner is included in the Gold-Ticket.
